Intake

During the first visit we do a screening of the gums to determine how healthy they are and what care is needed. In addition, we look at your overall health, the current situation, your wishes and the possibilities. Together we make a treatment plan and discuss the costs.

 

Do not forget to bring your insurance card and identity card during the first visit. It is also nice for us if you bring any data from the previous practitioner, such as x-rays and patient card.

 

Have you been referred by the dentist? Please bring your referral letter with you!

 

The costs of an intake are from €50,-.
