Make an appointment
Are you registered with us in the Cleanic? Then it is possible to log in to our online agenda to make, change or cancel an appointment.

Canceling or reschedule an appointment via our online agenda is free of charge up to 48 hours (excluding the weekend) before the appointment. For last minute cancellations we ask you to send an e-mail to info@cleanicmondzorg.nl.

In case of illness, please cancel before 9:00 am. Appointments that are repeatedly rescheduled due to illness will also be charged.
Let op; sommige e-mails van ons kunnen in de spam box terecht komen. Controleer deze dus ook even.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid potential cancellation and associated fees if there's not enough time to complete your treatment as planned.
